I had an exceptional stay at a lovely old cottage in a Portuguese style. The cottage was spotlessly clean and well equipped with a kitchen and cozy lounge area with a fireplace. The host, a lovely lady, provided a delicious breakfast in her Casa. The location was perfect, just a short walk through the charming village to the Castle, and we enjoyed an amazing lunch at the restaurant and had a fabulous night in the bar with the owner. The experience was truly memorable!

Great location outside the walled village. Comfortable accommodation with modern bathrooms. Shaded sitting area with great views. Friendly owner provided homemade jam and freshly baked bread. Close to bars and restaurants, with walking trails nearby.

The value for money at Casas Da Lagarica Guest House was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the castle and local restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast option could have been improved with the addition of a hairdryer and a DVD player for entertainment during the mornings.
